Available Positions
Creative Content & Design Lead
Istanbul / Hybrid / Remote- Shape the creative direction of Longeva on digital platforms (social media, campaigns, ads, landing pages, brand assets, brochures, video content).
- Develop and design compelling, brand-aligned content that reflects Longeva's premium, natural and holistic positioning.
- Oversee social media content production (reels, posts, stories, TikTok, YouTube shorts), ensuring alignment with best practices and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to craft compelling stories around treatments, patient experiences and Longeva's unique value proposition.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs (tone, visual identity, storytelling).
- As the creative team grows, manage and mentor freelance or internal designers/content creators.
- Keep Longeva content innovative and ahead of its time by following trends in aesthetics, wellness and luxury brands.
- 10+ years of experience in content production, digital design and creative management.
- Expertise in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; plus strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or similar).
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity balanced with premium/luxury brand standards.
- Mastery of social media best practices and the ability to transform them into engaging content.
- Strong in Turkish written and visual storytelling; good level of English.
- Experience in health, aesthetics, wellness or luxury brand sectors is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with doctors, marketers and management.
- A profile that can think strategically but also take an active role in implementation.
